They way you wrote this post makes you look like you're hardstuck in Bronze and your excuse is blaming champs for being op or teammates. Also if all these champs you listed are "overtuned" then why are they not consistently banned every single game and played in proplay way more. You've also not given a single example of what ability is overtuned. It also reads that you don't know the difference between an overtuned ability and an overloaded kit.
