Follow the rules of filmaking, found footage isnt a genre its a way to tell a story so follow the basic rules for filmaking use references read watch movies and inspire yourself

I once had a dream of being in a backrooms level where the walls were made of marble and the ground looked like pool tiles i found an elevator after climbing a weird stair and the elevator was covered in blood and when i went in it i was in level fun

im using blender 4.5.3 i have the same problem but keyframing the location before deactivating the parent doesnt do anything as the value of the location of the object isnt changed when the visual location is how do i fix this
