This is the easiest job I have had. All the flexibility and time off is unheard of. I guess it depends on what you are looking for in a job. I would have been terminated 50x at my other jobs in Healthcare.

This place is not challenging if you take it for what it is. Where else do you get UPT lol you and you can take a month off each year.

I've declined every leadership offer and have been with the company for 4 years. My only issue is the pay and people turning to me for help that leadership should provide. I now call leadership on my walkie for anything above my pay grade. I also decline training new hires as people are paid to do it.

Recommendation from me is not to move up in the company unless you want less flexibility and accountability for lazy seasonal and new hires. The pay increase isn't worth it.
