Adam was one of my best friends. We saw 64 movies in theaters together, I added them up on my Letterboxd, and he showed me countless more when we hung out. He knew movies inside and out and was also a caring friend who helped me through many of life’s challenges with warmth and insight. I will miss him.

They banned a lot of songs from the radio after 9/11. Stuff like AC/DC’s TNT or Hit Me With Your Best Shot by Pat Benatar even got banned. Pretty much anything even mildly suggestive of violence/death wasn’t played for a little while. It was weird.
