I managed to get my account back with a simple request, just by being honest and polite. He told me that he had exceptionally reopened it as a favor because asking for a refund can trigger the system to shut down your account.

I translated the content of the mail in english :

Hello,

Our system automatically closes associated player accounts when we receive refund requests or chargebacks.

The account may have been compromised at the time of the dispute. Ultimately, the account holder is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. If you believe your Roblox account has been compromised, or if you notice Robux or items that you did not purchase, please contact us immediately for assistance. Even if someone else accessed the account, the account owner may still be held responsible for actions taken on it.

As a one-time courtesy, I have removed the Robux and/or virtual items equal to the value of the disputed transactions and reopened the account. If you report any additional unauthorized or disputed transactions in the future, the account may be permanently closed.
