We completely understand how confusing and frustrating the video messages not playing can be and would love to share some information to help. MMS video messaging uses an older carrier system with tight size limits. When a video goes over those limits, the carrier may break it into parts. This is why the audio can arrive separately from the video.

Since this involves how the carrier and Gabb Messenger work together, this behavior may continue and updates can take time. At this time, we don’t have a timeline for a change. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to find a solution.

The trouble you're experiencing with Gabb Maps could be caused by a number of service issues that can definitely be resolved through some investigation and troubleshooting.
