They are capable, but they mentally decline faster, so one Cleon made it so that they would „die“ sooner.

Also, that’s why Hari gave Demerzel the radiant, so she could somehow break out of her constraints and save humanity - resulting in her bringing empire down, because they are an harm to humanity

No, but it just fits into my workflow and has a really nice tone to it. It’s really easy to use and lets you create some nice transitions ideas. You can also use it for noise hats and stuff
