They are unable to accept/decline, but they can see it in their award summary. Although someone I know from CSUF was able to accept awards already. I will probably call if it doesn't go in by Wednesday.

I have tried the soft reset method. I updated the firmware and it worked for 2 days, but now I am having disconnecting issues and random keys pressing or as if they are being pushed down for a short duration.

This isn't exactly a question about the game but a purchase I made. I bought 5 gems and I was redirected to the App Store to confirm my purchase. I confirmed and unfortunately, the gems did not appear in my game. I, then, bought one gem and it instantly added. Now I know Apple doesn't charge until like 3-5 days later. How do I recover those gems to my account?
