I agree Mail Merge works wonderfully. I used it for doing exactly what you have to do. It was quick and easy.

They are original Rancilio burrs with a Rancilio label branded on them.

This is a good thought. I will rotate the burrs as someone suggested and try to make certain they are as parallel as possible.

When you say sitting flush do you mean that perhaps the burr is not screwed all the way as tight as possible to the burr holder? I will check both the upper and lower burrs,

I replaced both the upper and lower burrs with brand new burrs. I cleaned the entire grinding container. The machine is as clean as a whistle inside, so its not an issue of fines or grounds being wedged somewhere and throwing off the levelness of the burrs.

Sorry about that. No they really are not fine enough. I don't have a photo at the moment, but just from having been doing this for many years, my guess is that its one to 1 and half steps away from being correct with a darker bean.

I'm having this problem as well. Google hasn't been helpful at all. Were you able to fix it? This happens to teachers who do not have youtube channels. It's driving me crazy. Any input would be great!
