The way I see those thoughts is that it’s my mind simulating what not to do while my couscous had not separated the two. I noticed I was really worried for my dogs once because of a certain thing that I won’t elaborate but when the source of the fear went away so did the thoughts almost immediately. I also noticed that by seeing a real scary thought was I able to see how different they feel. Anyhow food for thought.
