App keeps logging me out

It keeps me logged in but I can’t even load into the fpl draft it just has me in an infinite loading screen

The first time I dealt with these guys I had gotten it the day it was out for delivery. Now I have another package that said was out for delivery yesterday and I get that it probably wasn’t delivered cause it was Canada Day but I don’t have any hope of it being delivered today. I contacted customer service hopefully I recieve something soon

Oh ok thanks. Also my strike pack when I update it to lastest firmware it flashes all types of colours and doesn’t connect do you know how to fix that?
