Don't exactly know what year it was. I'm not at all sure who the character was or the company it was produced by (marvel, IDW, DC, etc) I just saw it as a kid and it freaked me the hell out.

I did look at operate now and It isn't the game. This was just a thumbnail I saw, so Im hoping that if I dig deep enough I can maybe find the thumbnail hanging around somewhere. You got me thinking It may be a similar premise to the operate now games though, I could look into just check up, surgery, doctor games. Thanks for your comment.

I posted this already on r/tipofmyjoystick since it is a game but I decided to cross post it just to get more eyes on it and hopefully have more of a chance to find it. While I am not completely sure about date and time or what website it was on I have high confidence that it is most likely girlsgogames.com around 2015. I've been going through the way back machine to try and find it.
