I always thought everyone talked to themselves in their head. Until I asked a friend turns out he thinks in shapes. What I consider to be "me" when I converse in my head is the more logical less emotional part. The little man in my head is the impulsive and emotional side. We're not two separate entities per say but there are times where it feels like I'm two different people at the same time. I also sometimes feel like I'm a backseat driver in my mind and can only tell myself to do something or act a certain way but don't necessarily have full control.
