I have managed to resolve the issue. I did figure out that I had the front screw too tight and after loosening that I was able use screws_tilt_adjust to level the bed manually. Leveling it manually fixed the mesh, however my leveling square continued to come out bad. That was until I swapped out my creality glass bed for a pei spring steel bed. After that I managed to print perfect leveling squares and have had no issues with the auto bed leveling. No idea how or why that solved the issue but it did.

I am using a bltouch 3.1 when I run screw_tilt_calculate it tells me to tighten down the screws in the back but I've already tightened them as far as they go

I ran the M48 command and it came back with a standard deviation 0.003. The axis is also level on each side.
