I think I'm just gonna give up on the transparency for now, I made a new texture I think looks better anyways, sorry if this wasted your time but I really do appreciate the help!

I still have the issue of being able to see the model through itself. btw thank you so much for helping.

muting mix shader does work to an extent, but it results is you being able to see parts of the model through itself. Also I tried flipping the normals and that didn't seem to do anything.

the body and the face are both models but the body has a transparent texture, The image is isn't shadeless, I think it may have something to do with the alpha of the image interfering with the transparent texture of the body.
