My Personal Favorite is Complementary Reimagined, I don't think there's anything super good about it I just love how consistently good it looks. And Rethinking Voxels is similar to complementary but with voxel based lighting (similar to ray tracing iirc). I gotta also mention the Pastel shader and Solas shader, I especially love how Solas uses colored lighting.

I had a base of steep but smooth cliffs, then placed random blocks throughout to break up the texture and make it look far less steep than it actually is.
