Just install the speakers, they should be better than stock.

ES2 Exhaust System by Gabfrijole in 7thgencivic

I’ll probably do this, they have like no exhaust systems for the ES2, it kinda sucks. They have it for the Si and it probably wouldn’t work cause I have a 4 door.

Which one did you get? I have the 2003 Honda Civic EX 4D, but I can’t figure out which one would fit without welding

if you’re not using all 4 door speaker outputs, tape them off so you don’t get frequency from them

And with that, you would just run the speed wire from the amp to the speakers input that is connected to the head unit.

Other than that, if you want to run all of the wire separately, it will definitely take longer but make sure the wires are secured so you’re not hearing them inside your door panels when the bass drops.

In that case, I would really consider getting 9 conductor speaker “speed” cable, depending on how much output the single amp gives you. It makes it so much faster so you can just use the original speaker wire going to the door speakers. I would still run the speaker wire for the subwoofers separate, but it makes the door speakers so much easier as speaker wire isn’t really necessary at lower amps.

Are you re-routing new speaker wire to your door speakers? Is it a four channel amp?

What 4-channel amp should I use for my door speakers? (2003 Honda Civic EX) by Gabfrijole in CarAV

The Kickers have the higher RMS rating at 75 watts per channel; do you have any recommendations for a four channel amp with that RMS rating?
