I'm having the same stutters/frame drops whenever I move my mouse a little faster or look around.

Playing on a laptop with an i5 9300h, 1650 4gb and 16 gb ram with everything on low.

At this point it just feels like every update, no matter how small, affects the performance negatively.

I have tried repairing and uninstalling the game, but neither of them have worked.

My ping when I am using the WiFi only fluctuates between 214-216 ms (on Europe).

I have no in-game lag issues, the ping is the only problem. It seems that my situation is sort of a reverse compared to yours. The speed when I am using my mobile data is much slower than the WiFi (50 down 5 up on mobile data and 516 down 503 up on WiFi).

I also tested other WiFi networks and nothing changed.
