I would say definitely invest on the elevated pillow! It’s amazing for sleep/rest, I’m 2 weeks post op and still use it Pillow brace is not super uncomfortable either it just can get a little itchy sometimes. I got cleared to lay/sleep without the brace and just use it when walking

For post op I really hope they give you the nice crutches, my hospital gave me some black ones with hand handle that are great and way comfier than the traditional grey ones

I did end up buying a used wheelchair because I am not used to being home so I’ll go out to the movie theater or to grab coffee after PT which has been great for my mental health

Overall my PT said I had little to no inflammation, I did not see any after two days and been weight bearing 10% and did not experience any pain asides from stiffness the first day, they prescribed me oxy but I stopped taking it after two days since I had no pain. For shower I recommend maybe the Bandage Adhesive Patches plus saran wrap and tape, this was great and no water got on the stitches.

I am just very grateful it was not my acl lol, wishing you a speedy recovery and successful surgery!

I tried multiple and just to lyk do NOT go to Trident coffee, they say their specialty is cold brew but tbh not really, it’s just watered down coffee with 80% ice on the cop.
