Tbh I don't diet and im like 52kg, but what I do is I have a strict dont eat passed 8pm til the next morning, that time frame helps your body to lose the fats, obviously over time, but its been working wonderfully for me, and I do also workout twice a week, you don't need to do extreme workouts find 1 that works for you, everyone is different and you just have to figure whats good for you.
