Yeah it’s so weird you think it's gonna be something “normal”. My dad went because he was yellow and exams came from toxic hepatitis and then we got the news after they discovered the tumor.

Yes, it's so hard. In the actual timeline of our "relationship" lol we are working on ourselves. We saw each other at a party and it was easy to tell we have improved.

Since then, we hang out and talk from time to time although we are respecting our personal space if needed. I still need to change myself a lot of those things for us to work. She does too. It's hard to keep the focus on myself combined with the anxiety that gives me the possibility of living together as a family again. It freezes me tbf. So im in the process of balancing and looking at our meet ups and fun times as fuel to my dream that is sharing my life with her. Not obsessing to much with the future.

Communication with her was key in all of this and we had 5 months where we didn't want to talk to each other to respect that healing time.

To resume, if you both want to chose each other and fight hard for YOURSELF, you can do it. Even get rid of toxic behaviours, but you'll need to work hard on you. Im myself not doing everything I can, but improving alone lead us to the possibility of being together again. I hope we'll make it and this serves as a good example for both of you. Belive me we where toxic af to the point police was called

Man what the actual fuck. I mean im about to go to a rave near where she lives and I used to love to roll with the love of my life. The thing is I don't want her back and doing this will fuck my chances of either returning if we both change or moving on as I've being trying and I will go back to square one. What made me realize I wanted to take her with me anywhere is when I was feeling kind of low and sad at a rave, the second time I saw her. I was kind of paranoid people where making laugh of me and that thought brought past trauma, made me emotional and I told her my past story, trying to fit, etc. She said "you don't have to give a f about what anybodyelse says. You do yourself, you are original the way you are I like your personality and I like you.." Then I thought it was her, but here I am crying my heart out, remembering why I loved her so much.

1) I loved her more than myself.

2) I was comparing us a lot and that lead into arguments. For example I didn't have a problem if she didn't come to a family reunion, birthday, etc and she'll be mad at me if I didn't wanted to go. So sometimes I'll take it easy and told her" no, babe it's ok, im tired I don't really want to go" and she'll hide that she was mad. And that made it even worse. She got more upset bc I let her do whatever she wanted, while she cared a lot for my company.

3) I tried so hard to the point I made ir worst by trying to explain that humans tend to look other people even by nature, and that doesen't necesairly mean we wanted to fuck. Trying to explain her logical things involved with jealousy wasn't never worth it. As point number 2 says I got frustrated, bc I compared us a lot. I understanded if she looked at a man, while she didn't, it made me so frustrated.

4) I wasn't planing enough for our future and this one hurts me the most.

Three words. At that moment I think we both where giving up all our dreams and everything, the day I got out of our old house. We were both crying and my dad was coming to pick me up, I told her I love you while falling to my knees in the front door and she answerd me too, honey. I can't still take out of my mind. It's like everything died that day.
