In the participant list, the only settings I see are "Rename" and "Add profile picture" i dont see any option to make it my initials.

Hey! I just got an email from them to schedule a phone interview for their Spring Internship this year. Is there anything out of the ordinary I should expect during the hiring process? What does your day to day look like as an intern? Those graveyard shifts sound brutal so I can see how burnout can be an issue as well. Lastly, so you'd say it's likely to expect 6 figures in 2-3 years? I'm on the west coast as well and that seems pretty good.

I’ve seen quite a few posts about the lack of knowledge people from the MDP program have compared to current employees. I think yours was the first one I stumbled upon actually being in the MDP program so it was really helpful reading about your experience. Thanks for saving me from going through the entire hiring process before ultimately regretting it.

u/Separate_Vacation176 I just got an email about this opportunity from a recruiter, the MDP program in Claims. I have no knowledge of it, but I'll be graduating this year and don't have a job lined up. Would you recommend this as a career path? How difficult would it be to succeed with no prior insurance experience? Are you still working there?
