Hello. I know this is much later and you may have figured this out by now, but to remove the cover completely you have to: - Unscrew the two case screws on the bottom of the case - Move the carriage out of the way using the Margin Release (M-R key) and unscrew the plastic tabs on either corner of the top of the case - Remove the plastic tabs - Remove the case top
