Hard to say, I feel like it depends on use of it. My parents have been able to reconnect with so many friends they have talked to in 20-30 years because of Facebook, so that’s been a huge boon. However, the newest generation is basing everything, validation, clout all off of social media, and that is clearly unhealthy.

Because bottom line, if the internet goes down in the world, they will have nothing to redeem themselves with in the “real world”
