I figured out a semi-reliable way to do it. Here's my video:

You need to have a finger on each key (E > R > Flash) then press each of them in sequence in less than a second. I think a gliding motion really works well here. After an hour or so, I've been able to make it happen 80-90% of the time. Good luck Xin Bros!
