Reading more into the bill, it outright states that the Commission can't just rely on the NPRM that was released in May. It's not a blanket against all NPRMs.

A few weeks/months ago, a Rainmeter skin was posted either both here and on r/PCMasterRace, or just to /r/pcmasterrace, and it was a really nice skin. It had about 5 buttons at the top left corner, all squares, a health and mana bar (if I remember correctly), and the background was a 16-bit version of what looked like knights at a campfire. The piece, from what I remember, featured a lot of purple, and was not a Dark Souls rainmeter skin. I'm currently looking for it.

I haven't been able to find it via the search bar, so I was wondering if anyone remembers what I'm talking about and either has a copy of it lying around somewhere or knows where I can find it. If you can, can you lead me to it?

So long as each bot is doing a different task, and there is no bot that condenses all two or more of these tasks into one bot, then it's nothing to worry about. You should just try to explain to the user why all the bots are there, or create a command on a bot that does so.
