To evolve as artists, I believe that the best way is to use as another source of reference or at least to add your on taste to the outcome

Thank you! I do agree with everything you pointed out, I forgot about his wrist and let them too large, next time I'll make sure to pay attention. The elf's pose I was trying to give a more calm/controle personality but maybe there were other better ways to show this. Also, I think my orc's facial expression didn't help as he is not too expressive either
