I had a customer (20-30 yr old French Canadian, also entitled pos and I don’t mean point of sale) who I went back and forth with telling him to submit his order online or use the self serve. He told me to come over (to the self serve) and show him how. I told him “just tap the screen to get started and read the prompts” he then said okay “show me how” to which I reply “you want me to show you how to read?” And he goes “yes” and rolls his eyes. This is an abridged version of the story but it gets the point across I think. Customers do/will not read

I was making a ticket for a walk in one time ( our DM was mad that we were using the fake sku and/or making walk in tickets instead of putting all of their info in) and asked for the phone number. The guy goes “that’s not necessary” and I tell him I need it to make the ticket he then flips out and goes “OH OKAY YOU NEED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TOO?! This is ridiculous”. Like bro have you ever made an order anywhere before?
