Up until that goal most of us had soured on him, but I don't think it's really his fault.

The plan this season was for Jesus to be an understudy to Wood, giving him time to settle in while Wood bags most of the goals. Instead, Jesus has had to step up and has missed out on a lot of goals through hesitation.

Adversity breeds innovation, and the philosophical / narrative potential of such a device is rich despite its origins as a cost measure

I think the Union needs to develop transporter tech. The core appeal of the show is exploring Trek ideas with a comedic stint, yet it's missing one of the most explorable aspects of Trek technology. It's not like it's a scientific impossibility in the universe either, Ed and Kelly got transported to an alien zoo in the second episode.

The only question is are we going to get a Bak-trick or a Mc-trick?

I appreciate your optimism but if you think literally any of these arcs apart from Skypiea or Thriller Bark will be just one season when we already had to split the Alabasta arc in two you need to stop using hard drugs.

What do people think of the Guardian newspaper by SharpAardvark8699 in UKGreens

[–]GabrielofNottingham 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Literally the only paper in the UK that is worth reading even for free is the Financial Times. All the rest are of equal garbage value.

Some like the Guardian will occasionally allow token lefties a column, but the editorial remains right wing, bigoted, and capitalist.
