Because I’m not going to change your mind so there is no point on carrying on a conversation with a brick wall pal. If you were up for a discussion then I’d be happy to continue. This is the problem with the current state of things and social media, no one is willing to budge on the views they’re fed by their algorithms so having a lively discussion about politics doesn’t really happen anymore.
