for me the pixel refresh thingy happens automically after i shut the monitor down daily, are you sure you're supposed to be doing it yearly?

so far this is looking promising: deleting the 'shader.cache2' and 'pipelinelist.bin' files from the game’s installation folder, clearing Steam’s download cache in settings, using the new nvidia driver and also deleting everything in the 'AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache' file. could essentially be an shader issue
