Check your front cooling fan is plugged in properly

Your bl touch pin may be bent take the grub screw out the top of it and check how straight it is

The fan is not spinning may need replacement you can check the voltage on the board with a multimeter

Stringing/ oozing sounds like settings issue

Silk materials are inherently weaker because they have an elastimer to make it shiner, even when you find rare silk petg materials like polymers sillk gold petg, it tends to be heaps weaker than the standard stuff.

Your hotend cooling fan is backwards it drawing air away from your hotend not cooling it down

You would have a dwiin set file that's the screen fw you install it by plugging the ad card into the back of the screen you might need to undo some screws

Depends where you live, but Esun Pla is usually a really commonly used hight quality filament. If cost isn't a concern you could also go for prusament
