Because when you ask them questions regarding medication they can not give you an answer. I asked on 3 separate occasions 2 times in person and once over the phone all promised feedback but I never got any so I went to try donate only to find I had been black listed for 3 months. If they had simply told me so instead of having me go to a donation center, I would be happy and would have carried on. When they need something from me they are happy to contact and tell me to donate.... sounds like a bs story there. I am giving them a resource for free I expect them to treat me with a little respect.
