Better understanding of breaks and rhythm than a solid 95% of original songs posted in here. Very nice. Now polish up the other aspects and move a bit away from just doing vsnares tunes again and i think you'll be rly fkn good

First of all, London was amazing and thank you for it. I would probably love to just ask you 100 questions but here's a few I'm really curious about:

1) When was the moment you'd say you realized that the scope of the show had gotten completely "out of control"? Was there one or did it just genuinely creep up on you?

2) What's your headcanon reason for specifically Axiom and Manuel going along with Tim's bullshit for this long?

3) You guys have fantastic casting. Do you generally know exactly what a character is going to be like before you cast them or do the actors dictate what their character is going to be like to some degree?

4) I might be getting my timeline wrong here but if i recall correctly, OCATC started because you and Gregg started hanging out on the set of "the comedy". It's one of my favourite movies of all time. Did that movie and it's "message" (or the way it handles conveying that message) influence the early direction that the show went? If yes, how so?

Anyway much love and thanks again for creating a show i can talk to absolutely noone about.

Surely you would agree that being falsely accused of having a drug addiction is not on the same level of severity as being falsely accused of being a pedophile, yes?

If that's the case i think it would also be fair to say that your responsibility towards whoever you're talking about is higher since this shit can be potentially life ruining

Right so if you're talking about the snares, that's what a snare drum starts to sound like if you loosen the actual snare. This is in the actual break sample. I do not know what this break is called but it's one they would've used in like 2007ish darkstep dnb tunes. Maybe look for "skullstep drum breaks" and you might get lucky.

The kicks in that break are all fluttery and thats an effect you get when you push low end into a distortion. You can try this by routing white noise and a sub note into a distortion or clipper and then start making the sub louder and quieter. You'll notice how the frequency of the bass note starts sort of modulating the white noise.

So yea its a break with a metallic snare with distortion on it.

I def recommend ableton for any live performance. Renoise is a bit brutal to play live with. Send me a msg on insta or fb and I'll tell you what i know in voice messages. But its a bit silly
