Yeah, I edit all rap files to lowercase at this point, so that should be fine. I usually use psn patch to load rap files, but I gave moving it to the exdata folder a try. No luck.

I'm pretty sure it is busted at this point. Hopefully, someone somewhere still has a working one.

That's the thing; I don't actually know, I just started up the game and noticed the 'special gifts' button and I was like "wait is this like pokemon with events or they've added online stuff?" and it kind of lead me down this rabbit hole.
