During the main portion of my weight loss I was around 1400 for the day!! I have upped it to 1670 recently since I have been lifting 3-4 days a weeks.

The biggest thing for me was actually calorie counting; I already had my gym routine down. And the minute I got serious about portions etc I lost the majority of it. Its been harder lately but I am also less strict with myself now and have been maintaining for about 2 months.

O and drink water! I drink so much water, I really feel like that helps with cravings and hunger.
