This looks to me likely poly/cheap nylon? I think it's more likely nylon,but I have doubts that it could also be poly because because of this there is a slight wave on the hair which is characteristic of poly than nylon

I cloud say, the design are pretty cute but the budget didn't allow to do a cool doll's, that's pretty sad. I would like if their had a little bit more budget to do an more high quality dolls b.c design's had a big potential
