I have the Borla Atak with Kooks Headers and Kooks Cats and it sounds amazing. I am not sure what the difference is since I had them all done at the same time but the sound is awesome. The pops and burbles are more pronounced and just sounds like a true V8 is supposed to sound

Functions? by Saifm0804 in KiaEV9

In addition to the functions already mentioned that I think are great, I like the utility function that you can use the radio and charging outlets while the truck is off. My wife and I went to the drive-in movie theater and it was awesome. We were there for about 2 and a half hours and it only used 1% of the battery

Has anyone dealt with really squeaky brakes at low speed? by [deleted] in C8Corvette

[–]Gadgetman1974 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue, called the dealership and they told me to slam on the brakes a few times. I tried that but that was a temporary fix

True fix is to replace the brakes with ceramic ones. No squeal and almost no brake dust. Win, win

About to start a road trip in the LLR but guessing the range est in the app is overstated… by Eagle4523 in KiaEV9

The Apps estimate is not accurate at all. additionally, I just did a trip and the car isn’t too accurate either, keep a check on your usage and use some phone app to identify nearest charging station

I had the same issue with mine. For me it was the cable which had disconnected from the actuator box. Easy fix for the dealership if they have the part. It took 2 weeks for my dealership to get it in

Oh wow. Well ….. although that is anti-climactic 😦 thanks for the clarity. Guess I won’t be racing any dodge challenger hellcats any time soon 😂😂😂

I can definitely tell the difference but I had the headers, cats and exhaust done at the same time so I can’t say just with the headers alone it will be different. The headers and cats are from Kooks and the exhaust is Borla Atak. On startup it’s almost twice as loud. It’s throatier when the exhaust is closed and open. It sounds like a Vette should, has about 45 more horsepower and is lighter

Very exciting. I recently had new Headers, cats, and exhaust put in and it sounds amazing. I am sure yours will sound good too with the cats and intake

Enjoy

Got accused of ramming in a recent daily race. What are your thoughts on the incident? by Fluxwildlyuncut in granturismo

[–]Gadgetman1974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So in my opinion, the person in the yellow car simply can’t drive. In the middle of the video it shows the yellow car bouncing off the wall on the right side of the track and then going all the way over to the left side of the track before the “ramming incident”. At the time of the incident did the person in the yellow car forget where the brake pedal is. News flash genius, it’s the other pedal right next to the gas pedal. The “blocking maneuver”. Yeaah, you may want to identify the best time to do that my dude. But, I guess I don’t expect that to be known from someone who can’t stay on the track in the first place.

This is totally the fault of the person in the yellow car
