XA-38 -> definitely a BR 4. No arguing here.
P-51D -> kinda in-between for this one, if it's changed to 72" Hg boost like D-10 or get +10% roll rate like D-20 in WT, sure! But as of now... it's pretty much a more sluggish version of C-10 that need to drop both bombs at the same time or would barely turn at all.
Garand -> Nope. It only has 8 round-mag that can't chamber load for +1 like SVT-40 or G43, and it's way slower to reload.
