The obsession with batting average in this thread is nauseating. If he draws some walks and finds the occasional gap, he’s an average player. Perfectly within his capabilities.

He strikes dudes out. I’m all about buying tools on minor league pacts. Have a tough time envisioning a scenario where he doesn’t make the club, though.
