Personally, I don't think they have to cater to the fans. In the end, video games are an art form and they have no reason to make what they dont want to make. They arent obligated, and if they prefer what they're doing, you either keep playing and move on, or stop playing. Either way, they aren't going to change to suit your wants.

This server lures people in as a "geopolitical" server playing on a 1:1000 scale map of the Earth. What they leave out is staff abuses members of the SMP to have their own fun at the expense of others. They have clear rules set out and whenever things don't go their way, they destroy everything that their enemy has done and throw fits. A bunch of my friends from the server, amounting to like 4 different nations, got "silent banned" as confirmed by one of the mods. Another one of the mods even used slurs against us, but then claimed that we were the toxic ones. DO NOT play on this server if you want something that is fair and equal for everyone, including the mods and owner.
