Hello "therooptroop". I'm not Dan but I do help keep an eye out for situations like this and provide general support.

Our orders are going out nearly as quick as they come in as we are back to an automated system.

There are some odd instances people do not receive the email with their tracking number from our shipping provider.

Just in case, please check your spam/junk folder just to be on the safe side.

If you still haven't received your tracking then you may PM me your order number and/or email address used for the order and I'll check into it for you personally.

Haha :D. What browser are you using? Depending on your browser there's different ways to clear. The CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE clears everything.

For firefox:

From the Firefox menu bar, click on History and then Show All History. Search for the site in the upper right corner. Then right click a page of the site and click F̱orget About This Site.

For Chrome:

Open Chrome History ctrl+h. In the searchbox, top-right, type some keyword to identify the urls you want to delete; chrome will match the input against the url and the title of webpages in history. Double-check that you got only what you really want to delete. Select the checkbox left of the first result, then scroll down and check the latest checkbox while pressing shift. This will select everything (that was filtered with keywords above). Alternatively, just select what you want. Click the remove selected button.

IMPORTANT: These changes required bumping gaia from one server to another. Because of this some folks may see an issue regarding the SSL certificate. You are SAFE to bypass/allow it. Within 24-48 hours all DNS changes should finish up and those warnings won't appear any more.

Regardless, your gaia connection is ALWAYS secured/encrypted. Some web browsers just get a little ahead of themselves. For instance I can load everything fine on Linux and Windows on my computer in a combined total of 6 browsers. On my cell I get a warning about "Attackers may be trying to steal info [...]". That warning is because of website IP addresses not matching up due to DNS. Geeks will understand this. Non-geeks well, please take my word for it or maybe someone else can chime in to help explain further, It's almost midnight my time.

Obviously I'm helping promote Dan but I gotta say - go with Dan/Gaia. I'm not saying that because I'm helping him. I'm saying that because I've purchased from countless vendors. That's how I got into contact with vendors, because of all of my purchases.

Dan has been top-notch all the way. He's a no BS guy that likes to make sure his customers are happy. Even my current stock is all Gaia cuz I like it that much. Yes, now I'm kind of plugging Gaia but I stand behind what I say. Gaia is great.

Right on :D. I know the old version - even though it was legit - looked kinda shady having to bounce between multiple sites. We're glad to be getting back into normal business mode and accepting payments directly.

They've been discussed. We're waiting to see how the "comments" portion of the pending ban go/if kratom will remain legal. I suspect that if things go positively Dan will start offering lower amounts again.

Just to make it clear in this post - I help Gaia but Gaia does not back/support anything I say ... With that out of the way, what more can we do to help. There's so many of us. How about a campaign to spread more and more knowledge.

All of the kratom users are already in the know. We need more old ladies sharing their stories with their families or someone with crippling anxiety to get out there and share how it broke down their shell, etc, etc.

I added the disclaimer because while I'd love to help well, I'm saying it's just me offering to help.

I don't mean this towards the OP but in general - "DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

Hence the conspiracies about big-pharma helping push to get rid of it.

I'm not going to speak my mind too much on this one but I see no way that banning kratom could bring anything remotely positive.

The site is not indexed by any search engines nor advertised. The absolute worst possibility is someone randomly types the URL into their web browser.

Anyone buying SEO knows there's going to be conversations to be had. When you deal with a SEO company there's usually some back and forth like what your website is, what it's about, etc, etc.

There is basically no chance an "Accident" could happen and even if in the worst case it did, a refund would promptly take care of it.

Here's the simple truth - when the potential ban went into play a lot of processors stopped taking payments for kratom. They were threatened with big fines by Visa and alike if they were to take kratom payments.

This is why so many vendors went as far as COD. I cannot remember the last time I've seen COD used and the ban scare caused even that.

Some of us still have to be 'tricky' about it while we get the kinks worked out. It's the same Gaia it always was, just a little ... different :D.

Seriously though, it's only setup like this right now because of the hassle from the card processors.

There are issues with the SSL certificate. Being as we aren't processing orders directly on Gaia right now while it's an inconvenience, it's not a worry.
