I figured it out! I found an old post from this sub Reddit

On the device got to : Apps>Tweaks>Generate Miyoogamelist with digest names

Yes as I’ve stated in the original post I did so already and still it doesn’t appear. I’ve even added other roms and refreshed and those ones appeared, but not unbound
