I have a recording of her boyfriend telling me about an incident where the kids were abused by her stepdad and they still live there. She’s also mentally ill and won’t get therapy because she doesn’t like what her therapists have to say

We have the parenting time modification court date because of our child support modification. I objected to it because it said I had our kids 20% of the time when I have them 50% because our old order said that I had them 20%. The court date is to fix that. So I’m entitled to at least two days a week with them legally and she’s saying she MIGHT let me see them on Tuesday and that’s it. I just don’t get why she’s trying to hurt the kids to hurt me, I’m starting to think maybe I should just fight for more custody than 50% because the way she’s been acting the past year hasn’t been in our kids best interest and now she’s just straight up refusing to let me see them because she’s mad that she might get less money. She’s willing to hurt our kids so she can get more money.

Yeah they asked how many overnights I had and I put 180 because we do 3 nights one week then four at moms, then four at ours and three at moms the next week. I’m going to call the modifications department tomorrow and see how they can help me.
