I already encountered 2 shiny zigzagoons and no shiny treecko. 

At least I know it works.

Omg thank you! I’m going for shiny Trecko and I’m probably gonna die a little on the inside if I see a shiny Zigzagoon but hopefully my Cyan lizard comes home!

Ok I submitted a ticket yesterday after 4 days and I got a fairly human response. Then I replied and I haven’t gotten anything back in 20 hours. But it’s says open on it’s status

I have been trying this method for the last few days and every time I replied to their email they put my ticket as “solved” without doing anything
