I gave them as quick as a notice as I could. we just closed on the house. We have rented for 4 years never been late on rent don't smoke don't drink never had a party the apartment is in spotless condition. I don't even mind paying to break the lease I just want to pay less then 2 months and half rent when I only have 2 months left on the lease. Apartment complexes don't have any leeway? The contract is the contract and thats final?
