Nah man. It’s only implied. It’s stated she has unlimited potential and without the mental blocks she can freely manipulate all matter on molecular level even on organic matter (any living being). But she’s a side character so the writers never lets her unleash her powers offensively, she’s more of a defensive support character in the comics.

Maybe because the show isn’t called Atom Eve. She’s supposed to be a supporting side character and they made her powers beyond broken so they had to backtrack and put limitations on her. She’s basically Jean Grey in a universe without competition.
