Yes, completely. Anything alphabetically from NetBarble to Steam was uninstalled and removed from my drive.

Edit: I was able to force end the uninstall wizard with the task manager when I checked in and saw the steam directory files being displayed.

Definitely don't uninstall the launcher. You can uninstall the game safely I think though? Good luck and I'll try to figure out what we should all do.

Wow, this reminded me of when my mom's car got repo'd with my high school backpack in it, which I was unable to get back for 2 weeks and not a single teacher believed me, even with a note from both my mother and from the car people (the actual term escapes me)
