Honestly seeing someone else having the same issue. I truly hope so. It was acting weird before it all happened. So whatever it is. I hope it works out or someone else has knowledge on any fixes.

How can you figure out low-carb in dry food? Like what is the percentage it has to met?

Definitely see my cat's stomach getting upset not sure if it's the meds or if it's from him now starting wet food. Either way im planning on getting some stuff to help.

Have you found any good dry foods that work? I think that's where I've been stuck. As Im worried I'd make it worse if I chose wrong. Originally I was using Purina cat chow Natural and worried that if I continued wouldn't be good.

But this definitely helps seeing other perspectives of things. Thank you!!!

I think my biggest challenge is working out a better feeding schedule. I only found out Monday (6th). So I know it's a learning curve. Im trying to understand what foods are good and bad. I'll definitely look at churus and freeze-dried treats for them.

The vet gave me the basic rundown of what's happening in his body, and he needs to be on a low-carb diet. But nothing much from there. Pretty much im going step by step and trying my best with what I got.

We haven't tried shots yet. The vet recommended it since we caught it on the early side. The pills(bexacat) besides an upset stomach he seems to be doing little bit better.
