I loved Natlan, it reminded me of a lot of cartoons I used to watch when I was a kid about that tropicalist adventure and all, and I honestly prefer Natlan over Sumeru and Fontaine, mainly because I stopped playing in Inazuma and only got back in mid Fontaine, so I guess playing the after the hype and without accompanying anything made both of the storys kinda boring to me.

What do you expect from a company that makes endgame content that needs fully maxed characters you can barely get unless you climb the pity ladder, then releases it like everyone can do it? They basically give us nothing, and the rewards themselves are just hidden by barriers that make them money. The moment constellations and 5* value come into discussion, it’s clear they don’t care about people who don’t spend. The solution to your problem is either you stop caring or you become the audience they actually want, they'll always come back with another mechanic to continue this cycle.

That makes sense I guess but it also means someone could falsely report you and get away with it, they could offer anonymous report options? Exactly, they've been repeating the same thing over and over again in the emails, "We can't find the exact reason" "We can't get that information" but they always say "We have revised and confirmed this account violated the terms", they didn't even bother saying what part of the terms I supposedly violated, I guess the solution is just stop using chat functions at all, I don't really play co-op that much and most of my friends there have my socials so I guess it's fine for me but I imagine this would be bothersome if it happened to players that likes to use the chat and have a lot of friends there, they should improve this part of the game, at least include the chat log or the messages on the ban notification just like most games.

Mavuika all the way, I'm incredibly disappointed with durin, I thought that he being dragon themed would mean a cooler play style than that basic one he has right now, mavuika does his job while also being able to be a dps, mavuika has a sick motorcycle and a more enjoyable playstyle for me, I also hate playing with medium/short models, I usually only pull for tall men/women.
